Isabel Eliassen is a Policy Analyst at The Council of State Governments. She works with Commissions for occupational licensure compacts and has functioned in an Executive Director capacity for three (the Audiology and Speech Language Pathology Interstate Compact, the Occupational Therapy Compact, and the Counseling Compact. She earned her B.A. from Western Kentucky University.
