Jake Dixon is the President of Epic Staffing Group’s Healthcare Staffing Vertices. ESG is a leader in the outsourced employment of Travel Nurses, Allied Health Professionals, Interim Executives and International Nurses. At Epic, Jake oversee all Financial, Strategic and Operational functions of the organization. He joined Epic in 2014 and, as a member of the Executive Team, restructured the front office operations, resulting in the March 2018 acquisition by Webster Equity Partners. Jake helped grow revenues in a three-year period by 259% and In June of 2022, Jake assisted in the successful acquisition of Epic Staffing Group from PE Sponsor Webster Equity Partners to PE Sponsor, TPO – “The Pritzker Organization” www.pritzkerorg.com (also owner's of Hyatt Hotel Corporation). Jake is currently a multi SBU President and minority owner of Epic Staffing Group. Epic is amongst the largest Healthcare & Life Science Staffing Firms in the United States with revenues exceeding a half billion dollars. Jake was born and raised as a Southern California native. He studied Media Communications and Public Speaking at the University of San Diego and is married to his Wife of 17 years. Tiffany and Jake have two children, a 14-year-old ice hockey enthusiast, and an 11-year-old jazz dancer. Jake is an Ex professional musician with a passion for song writing and recording. When he isn’t at the rink or at a recital, the Dixon clan can be found traveling or spending time with loved ones.
