Jill Eliassen proudly serves as the Senior Vice President of Clinical Services at TNAA and TotalMed, a newly merged organization that stands among the fastest-growing healthcare staffing agencies in the nation. With more than 28 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Jill brings a diverse background that spans bedside nursing in a level-one trauma ICU, Float Pool, and service as an RN Paralegal. She holds three healthcare degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor’s in Healthcare Sciences, which provide her with a strong academic and clinical foundation.

Since joining TNAA in 2013, Jill has been instrumental in building the company’s clinical department into a fully integrated and high-performing team. Today, she leads a large department of clinicians and specialists who support thousands of healthcare travelers nationwide. Her leadership ensures that every assignment aligns with both facility needs and traveler goals, with a strong emphasis on clinician support, risk mitigation, and policy compliance. Beyond her organizational role, Jill is a recognized industry leader. She has been an active member of NATHO since 2015, serving as Vice-Chair since 2021, and contributes her expertise as part of The Joint Commission Advisory Council.
