Melissa Knybel is an RN and the current VP of Clinical Practice & Risk for Randstad Healthcare. She has 25 years of experience in healthcare staffing primarily working in operations managing credentialing & compliance issues. Melissa's involvement with TravCon began in 2016 when she was first invited to speak and has not missed a TravCon since. Currently Melissa serves as TravCon's Director of Education and Nurse Planner responsible for the development and compliance of TravCon's continuing education program.
