Traci is a Bachelor's prepared Registered Respiratory Therapist with 42 years of experience. For the first 25 years, she worked in Philadelphia hospitals in the ICU, ED, NICU, as a preceptor and Staff Educator. Since 2009, she has been traveling full-time, completing 48 assignments in 16 states and secured 18 RRT state licenses. She has received multiple accolades from her travel agencies including, 2025 Medical Solution ROSE Award Quarter 1, 2018 Traveler Allied Achiever of the Year AMN, 2020 Traveler of the Month from Club Staffing as well as 2013 Traveler of Quarter 1 from Aureus Medical. Traci has always loved and been excited about traveling. She has visited her 28th country, completed Bucket List of all 50 states with only a carry-on and rewards points increasing her purchasing power.
