A proud graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where she earned her Bachelor- s degree in Corporate Communications in 2016, she quickly found her professional home in recruiting. What began as an entry into the industry soon turned into a standout career - becoming a top recruiter within her first year and setting a new standard for performance and relationship-building.
Seeking a more personalized, less corporate environment, she transitioned to her second travel agency, where she spent six years refining her craft and developing into a true "Master Recruiter." During that time, she built a reputation for excellence, consistency, and genuine connection within the travel nursing community. Following the company's acquisition, she embraced an intentional shift toward a life centered on balance, reduced stress, and a growing passion for building efficient, people-focused processes.
Today, she leads a small team of recruiters while personally managing a book of 20-30 nurses, continuing to mentor, support, and advocate for clinicians nationwide.
Over her 11-year recruiting career, her accomplishments include: "Recruiter of the Month" recognition within the Travelers & Recruiters Unite community, Presidents Club winner at two companies (2015). Presidents Club winner annually from 2019-2022, Panel participant for resume building at TravCon, and 10-time exhibitor at TravCon.
After a decade of exhibiting, she is especially excited for the opportunity to engage with the travel nursing community in a more interactive and impactful way.
