She is the founder of Nurses UnWine & Elevate, a growing community that has connected and hosted over 300 nurses and healthcare professionals across multiple cities through curated events focused on connection, wellness, and professional development.
Jahnik has spoken at national conferences, including TravCon, where she empowers nurses to overcome burnout, embrace flexibility, and build meaningful lives both inside and outside of their careers.
