In this session we will cover the roots of socially dysfunctional work group behaviors in women ("microaggressions"), the emotional pain and career-damaging dynamics women create for one another, woman-to-woman hostility, and conflictual relationships between women at work. Kris will explore the dynamics of hostility and conflict among women, reveal why travelers are often targeted, and propose actionable strategies to minimize, prevent, and overcome these destructive behaviors.
