Pricing FAQs
We get it, you are travelers and don’t always know where you will be on assignment in September. Don’t worry! You can book a TravCon ticket during the early bird pricing, and know that if travel life happens, you can refund all the way until August 6th with just a $20 processing fee.
**Refunds will be granted via same credit card used to register.
Email your refund request to events@travcon.org. Please include your reason for cancelling.
General Ticket Registration:
Opening – Aug 3rd: $20 processing fee
Aug 4th – Aug 31st: $50 processing fee
After Aug 31st: No refunds
Medical Spanish Intermediate & Basic, Traveler Success Bootcamp:
Open registration-August 31st: no fee
After Sept 1st: $10 processing fee
**In the unlikely event of cancellation of the conference for any reason, a no-fee, full refund will be issued to all registrants. Additionally, should one of the additional pre or post conference sessions or certification classes be canceled, registrants will be promptly notified and will receive a full refund of any monies paid. Individual concurrent sessions are subject to change and may be canceled based upon unforeseen circumstances preventing a speaker’s attendance. TravCon offers multiple concurrent sessions and will make every effort to replace any canceled individual sessions. No refunds will be offered due to the cancellation of an individual speaking session.
Yes! You can transfer your ticket to a qualified attendee for a $20 fee from Aug 7th – Sept 16th. Transfers will also be available at the door starting Sat, Sept 20th.
Email transfer requests to: events@travcon.org from the original attendee’s email address with the registration reference number. A confirmation will be emailed after approval.
Please Note! If you bought your ticket for the special Alumni price of $249 (9/22-12/31/24), you can only transfer your ticket to another Alumni.
