Thad Dufelmeier is the founder/CEO of Theodore Drew and Associates. Founded in April 2009, Theodore Drew and Associates (TD) providing services such as Joint Commission consultation, clinical oversight, business process outsourcing, competency and testing, state nursing pool licensure, payroll and accounting, and digital marketing. TD had 300+ employees and was serving more than 150 satisfied healthcare staffing agencies before it was acquired by Aya Healthcare in 2021. Thad is the CEO of Healthcare Staffing Hire (HSH currently serves more than 300,000 active unique users and 260 satisfied clients with over 640 competencies available making it the largest library in healthcare staffing. Thad started his career at the bedside in Los Angeles. As a Critical Care RN for the first 15 years of his career, he has experience in major medical centers in the Greater Los Angeles area, including the UCLA Medical Center, Kaiser ‘Sunset’, and King-Drew Medical Center. Thad holds RN Licenses in CA, NV, IL, AZ, TX, NJ, and DC to obtain and maintain state nursing pool licenses for TD’s clients.
