TravCon Terms and Privacy Policy 

The undersigned hereby attests that they have the authority to make this purchasing decision for Exhibitor. and to legally bind Exhibitor to these Registration Terms and Conditions, including all Payment Terms and the Cancellation Policy.

Exhibitor agrees to pay the balance of Exhibitor’s booth cost by no later than January 10, 2025, and to abide by all requirements, restrictions, and the Cancellation Policy set forth in the rules and regulations as stated within this registration and the Terms & Conditions.

Exhibitor agrees to the badge policy and understands that each of its representatives must have their own badge to gain entry into the Exhibitor Hall and any other badged events. Exhibitor understands that any badge fraudulently purchased, produced and/or shared among multiple representatives may result in immediate cancellation of the badge without warning or refund. Additionally, individuals found in violation of this badge policy will be promptly removed from the event premises without refund.

TravCon takes all reasonable measure to ensure the safety of attendees and exhibitors, including implementation of appropriate measures according to CDC guidelines. Exhibitor acknowledges that an inherent risk of exposure to disease exists in any public place where people are present, and Exhibitor hereby releases, holds harmless and forever discharges TravCon, event suppliers, and all of their respective affiliates, employees, authorized agents or volunteers from any and all responsibilities, liabilities, claims and damages of any type related to any actual or potential exposure during TravCon.

Exhibitor acknowledges and understands TravCon reserves the right to ask any exhibitor found to be in violation of any applicable laws or policies to leave the conference without warning or refund. TravCon also reserves the right to refuse registration or admittance to the Conference (or any TravCon related events) to anyone at its sole discretion.

Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by Exhibitor authorizes TravCon to share Exhibitor’s images, company name, representative name(s) and likeness, and contact information, as well as that of the undersigned, with Industry Suppliers. Payment Terms:

• Initial Non-Refundable Deposit must be paid at the time of Registration and will be applied to the Exhibitor Package of your choice. 
• Exhibitor has the option to pay by credit card or electronic check. Credit Card payments will incur a 3% processing fee; ACH payments directly to TravCon incur no charge. Booking is complete at the time payment is received.
• Exhibitors will be able to choose their booth location in the following order: Platinum Hexa, Platinum Quad, Platinum Triple, Platinum Double, Gold Hexa, Gold Quad, Gold Triple, Gold Double, Hexa, Quad, Triple, Double, Premium Single. Within each group, there is a further ranking by date/time of booking. NOTE: Non-Premium Single Booth placements are made by TravCon’s Floor Planner and placement is determined by the date/time of booking.  

Cancellation Policy:  

Deposits and any other amounts paid will be applied towards the penalty. Downgrading a booth will invoke the applicable penalty indicated below. Upgrades (if available) never incur a penalty.  Sponsorship items are never refundable. Additional badges are refundable until September 1, 2025.
