These events are already included in the General Admission conference ticket. Guest passes are only available for these two events, specifically for spouses or travel partners who will not be purchasing a full admission conference ticket.
Guest passes do NOT give the guest access to the main event or exhibit hall.

Attendance at TravCon is reserved for active or potential healthcare travelers and their spouses/partners/travel companions. Soliciting or promoting any type of business on an attendee ticket by someone who is not an active healthcare traveler is prohibited. Any attendee who is NOT an active or potential healthcare traveler and who is discovered to be employed by or representing any type of business will have their ticket cancelled and be required to leave the conference without a refund along with their spouses/partners/travel companions. TravCon reserves the right to cancel any ticket found in violation of its terms and conditions at any point in time, without a refund.

By attending TravCon you agree that your image and information such as name, email address, and credentials may be used by the organizers for purposes such as continuing education, promotions, email updates, and data analysis. TravCon reserves the right to ask any attendee found to be in violation of any applicable laws or policies to leave the conference without warning or a refund.
